Luxurious stay with a few hiccups

Enjoyed a spacious penthouse, with air conditioning that worked exceptionally well and a fantastic pool area supplemented by fresh-squeezed juice every morning.

Communication issues arose due to the lack of a phone in the unit, forcing us to walk to the front desk for any assistance, which became inconvenient.

The bed was super comfy during my stay.

The pool was not clean, with algae and bugs. I was really looking forward to enjoying the pool, but it was simply uninviting. Additionally, the bikes that were promised for guest use were all locked and unavailable, which was disappointing because I had planned to explore the area.

We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse! The air conditioning was top-notch, and we enjoyed wonderful mornings with fresh-squeezed juice. Don’t miss Cenote Crystal for a refreshing swim. it's an absolute gem! Our kids loved the space and pool.

My kids wished there was better security. The staff didn't follow up on our theft report, leaving us uncomfortable during our stay.

Absolutely loved the spacious room and the fabulous pool area! The beach shuttle made it so easy to relax by the water. We had a great time exploring the local vibe. It was the perfect getaway!

The Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise after a big meal. And seriously, is it too much to ask for a chair on our rooftop?

The facilities here were fantastic, making it a great spot for a relaxing getaway. I really enjoyed the spacious and clean Deluxe King Studio, which had a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The hotel is a bit away from the beach, but the complimentary shuttle to the beach club made it easy to enjoy the coast without any hassle. It’s perfect if you want a quieter retreat while still being close to local attractions.

Had a great time here! The gym was fantastic and perfectly equipped. The spa treatments were relaxing despite some minor issues. I'd definitely return for the awesome vibes!

i loved my stay at central park resort & spa! the tropical garden and pool are stunning. my room was spotless, and the bed was super comfy. the spa experience was amazing, especially on a rainy day. francisco made delicious fruit plates for us, which went above and beyond!
